Exploring Wabanaki Maine History - Orono

In conjunction with the Maine Statehood and Bicentennial Conference, Maine Wabanaki-REACH, invites you to an interactive story-telling experience.

We will learn about events in the colonizing history of Wabanaki people (the Indigenous people of Maine) and Europeans and their descendants.

This is a participatory program appropriate for adults and teens. Our goal is to increase our understanding of colonization.

With space being limited, reservations are recommended. To register sign up below. Please include your contact info for us to keep you apprised of updates or changes.

This even is free and open to the public and is co-sponsored by the Friends (Quaker) Committee on Maine Public Policy and the Episcopal Committee on Indian Relations.
